Athena loves being in a comfy place. The couches here are a bit lower that ours at home so it’s easier for her to get up. We’re realizing her back legs are not as diminished as we thought.

Dale found a nice red wine at the grocery store in Washburn. I had orange juice and Bacardi which is about as tiki as ya gon’ get in northern Wisconsin.

After getting settled into our lodgings Dale had some work to do so I set off on a walk to the Marina and then back to town where I took a picture from the shore.

This morning we take our leave of Maggie and Cindi & Co. and head off to Madeline Island.
