Took a nice morning walk with Athena and noticed how busy the Island is getting just before the 4th. Dale's a bit of a grouchy pants about the whole thing but who can blame him after being used to how quiet the Island is in June.

Dale was very happy to see us. We fed Athena and then took her on a walk up Herring Road. Afterward we had dinner at The Pub.

Uneventful but pleasant trip to Bayfield. Athena was a doll in the car the entire way. She didn't want to sit in the back seat and couldn't quite get comfortable in the front. After briefly trying the back seat after boarding the ferry, she finally figured out how to position hersefl on the front seat that was acceptable. Sadly for her, the ferry ride was only about 20 minutes. Hopefull she'll remember on the way home.

Leaving for Madeline Tomorrow
Leaving tomorrow and looking forward to going up to Madeline a 2nd time. This time Athena will be coming along. Can't wait to see Dale and get in some more relaxation.
